We utilise the latest management software, Propware, developed by Yardi Sytems, which provides an integrated storage facility for all of our data. The Propware applications is a robust database platform allowing vast quantities of data to be stored and accessed with ease, while the user interface is simple to navigate employing standard Windows conventions.

Our 10 in-house staff based in London and Bedford deal with the day to day revenue collection and servicing expenditure, tenant liaison and statutory compliance together with added value initiatives such as tenant mix, lease restructuring and procurement of services.

We also work closely with “best in class” building surveyors in dealing with maintenance, repairs and alterations.
