Over the past 16 years the Management of Carisbrooke Suon has developed out a 200 acre former open cast coal mine in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, known as Bermuda Park. This has become one of the pre-eminent Business Parks in the Midlands. The site was originally excavated to a depth of 300 metres. This was then filled, compacted and after the appropriate settlement period developed.

Approximately £8m was spent on earthworks and three phases of infrastructure, implementing the master plan. Over a million square feet has now been developed including offices, factories, warehouses, cinema, heath club, restaurants and houses.
