Nic commenced his property career at Pheonix Beard’s industrial department before becoming Head of agency at Simon Houlston and Partners and subsequently National Head of business space agency and development at Keith Cardale Groves. He set up Rumsey and Partners, a niche development Consultancy in 1993, acting as an in house developer for clients with land. During this time he was involved with projects like Bermuda Park (Nuneaton) and Landbeach Marina. Since establishing Carisbrooke in 1998, Nic has been involved in several high profile development schemes – a chartered surveyor since 1984 he has close to 30 years property experience.
